Vintage handcrafted copper fabric wax-resist stamp from Indonesia.  These tools were dipped into hot wax and then pressed on fabric.  The fabric dye did not penetrate the wax resist bird design.  After removing the wax, a lighter color dye could then be processed to highlight the intricate bird design. 3.5" x 3"
